Professor Federico Rosei of the INRS Énergie Matériaux Télécommunications Research Centre recently received yet another prestigious distinction in his illustrious career, having been named Honorary Fellow of the Chinese Chemical Society. He is the only Canadian researcher to make the short list of eminent researchers from well-known universities worldwide whose scientific achievements are recognized by the Chinese Chemical Society.

Professor Rosei’s reputation is growing in China and this year earned him the prestigious Chang-Jiang Scholars Award presented to internationally renowned scientists. The Chinese government awarded Professor Rosei this distinguished award in recognition of his research in the field of organic and inorganic nanomaterials.
