{"id":19997,"date":"2020-08-30T18:17:20","date_gmt":"2020-08-30T18:17:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.inrs.ca\/harcelement-psychologique-et-violences-a-caractere-sexuel\/formations-pour-contrer-les-violences-a-caractere-sexuel\/"},"modified":"2021-05-12T22:27:41","modified_gmt":"2021-05-13T02:27:41","slug":"formations-pour-contrer-les-violences-a-caractere-sexuel","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/dev.inrs.ca\/en\/psychological-harassment-and-sexual-violence\/training-to-counter-sexual-violence\/","title":{"rendered":"Mandatory Trainings to Counter Sexual Violence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:clamp(14.642px, 0.915rem + ((1vw - 3.2px) * 0.887), 22px);px\"><strong>Short training sessions are provided to the INRS community to explain the content of the <a href=\"#policy\">Policy against Sexual Violence<\/a> and the context in which the Policy was implemented.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To satisfy the training requirements under the <a href=\"http:\/\/legisquebec.gouv.qc.ca\/en\/ShowDoc\/cs\/P-22.1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Act to prevent and fight sexual violence in higher education institutions,<\/a> the 10 member institutions of the Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec (UQ) network pooled their efforts to develop shared training materials. Coordinated by Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec and funded at the network level, the project made remote training available for all members of the university community covered by the act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><span style=\"color:#801336\" class=\"tadv-color\">1. <\/span><strong>Mandatory Online Training<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The training takes approximately 40 minutes and is&nbsp;<strong>mandatory<\/strong>. A certificate will be sent once your have completed the traning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Access the training through the following link&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.preveniretcombattrevacs.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>preveniretcombattrevacs.ca<\/strong><\/a>. Then, click on &#8220;Suivre la formation\u201d (Take the training) and then on &#8220;INRS&#8221;. On your first visit, you will need to create an account and register by choosing your status, either as:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c9tudiant <\/strong>(student)<\/li><li><strong>Employ\u00e9 <\/strong>(employee), <em>or<\/em><\/li><li><strong>\u00c9tudiant et Employ\u00e9 <\/strong>(student and employee), to go through both trainings. The scenarios and examples used are different for students and employees.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Afterwards, you will also have to choose the language of the training, either French or English. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important to view the entire training and complete the evaluation at the end in order to obtain your certification. This will be sent to you by email once your training is completed. If you have taken this training at another institution of University of Quebec (UQ), you do not have to do it again. We invite you to send us a copy of your certification by email to <a href=\"mailto:comitevacs@dev.inrs.ca\"><strong>comitevacs@dev.inrs.ca<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any questions regarding
