If you want to pursue your studies in Quebec or are an INRS student interested in adding an international component to your program, we have options for you. We offer a variety of short- and long-term opportunities that provide an enriching multicultural and academic experience, including thesis co-supervision, dual degree programs, student mobility scholarships, and short study abroad programs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

INRS is one of the most multicultural universities in Quebec: 65% of our student body is made up of international students from some fifty countries, including France, Morocco, Italy, India, China, Vietnam, and Mexico. Many of our faculty members are also from outside Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a globally-oriented institution of international repute, INRS has more than 100 collaboration agreements<\/a> with universities in over 30 countries around the globe. We work with our partners to develop innovative research and training programs.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n


Studying on two different continents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Doing your master\u2019s or doctorate in another country, broadening your network of contacts, and enjoying a rich educational and cultural experience is a dream well within your grasp. For example, our dual-degree <\/a>and thesis cotutelle<\/a> programs allow you to leverage the expertise of two universities on different continents. One program, two universities, and two degrees: it\u2019s a great way to broaden your career opportunities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Study outside Quebec with our international mobility program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

INRS is part of the international mobility program run by Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et de l\u2019Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur (MEES). The program allows students with outstanding academic records to complete part of their full-time university studies outside Quebec. If you would like to do a one-month internship as part of your program at INRS or complete two research stays abroad, you must first ensure that you meet the scholarship program requirements. The amount of the scholarship depends in part on the country in which you intend to study. Learn more about the mobility scholarship<\/a> (in French only)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
